T-Mobile at 1833 West Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois.

I went into the store today and Mike and Kara were extremely helpful and fixed my problem. I had previously called the other T-Mobile store in Mt. Prospect (Randhurst) but they never even picked up the phone and when I called this store they picked up and answered my questions. Either way I had to go to the store so they could check out my phone and when I entered they greeted me and made me feel comfortable to be able to ask whatever questions I had. I'm not very good with techy things but Mike and Kara were able to explain to me in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be visiting this location from now on for all my T-Mobile needs.
