Euclid Maytag Laundry at 407 East Euclid Avenue, Mount Prospect, Illinois.

Been there 4 times, including today 1/21. BIG difference when Owners are there & when PT employee is there - been there twice for each scenario. PT girl, VICKI, was there today & I was treated like worthless unwelcome trash & have every reason to believe it is due to my skin color. Can't give a great deal of detail in this forum BUT ... my daughter (Japanese-American) and I were kicked out of a folding table so a Hispanic lady (who JUST arrived) could use it. Worse, the lady was there with other ladies of her family who were collectively dominating most of the machines & all of the folding tables except 1 ... which was all the way by the exit ... far from my laundry. The PT employee refused to help me and "justified" this behavior with BS "explanations" of why they are more worthy of the tables than I. VICKI happens to also be Hispanic. I am a white Disabled Veteran and am greatly offended by being racially discriminated against after all I've given up personally ... and being very openly and actively supportive of immigrants, immigrant rights, immigration, DACA, and those others who support such issues. Having (unfortunately) lived in the south for 15 years, I am very aware that exactly THIS sort of event is very much what fuels people like Trump and his alt-right pals to hate non-whites. It's a shame that these a-hole patrons & the PT employee, VICKI, are 2 stupid 2 understand the repercussions of their behaviors and actually commit the very same types of behaviors that so many of us are trying to fight ... for THEM!!!!! At any rate, I hate racism in ALL forms and as such will never subject myself nor my daughter to the ugliness of this racist business ever again. To the sweet old woman who owns the business, you seriously need to improve your hiring practices!!!!!
