1st Family Dental of Mount Prospect at 201 East Kensington Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois.

I just moved to the area and had a throbbing painful toothache. I came to 1st Family Dental because it was close to where I live. I was seen immediately by Dr. Omar Alramli and within minutes the pain was gone and turns out I needed a root canal. I’ve never had one before and Dr. Omar explained the entire procedure to me. Let me tell you, it was painless! It’s been about 2 months since I was first seen by Dr. Omar and the staff at 1st Family Dental, the pain is completely gone and I’m thankful that they were able to work around my schedule, especially because I needed Saturday appointments! I highly recommend this place.

Very shady business practices.. unethical. They enroll in insurance plans but then do not honor them. Meanwhile they get paid by the insurance company they enroll in each month based on the members however they cancel appointments advising you that your plan is not accepted. Do not trust them!
